Home mini/hanger Option
Our Home Mini Curtain / Hanger Option will allow the customer to look
at a design in their own home.
We will send you up to 3 Mini Curtains / Hangers per Deposit (see details
below).
While you are browsing through our large selection of fabrics, you may see an option to take a Mini Curtain Sample. If you decide you would like to view this at home, just tick the box and add to the shopping cart.
Once you receive your choice of fabric, you will be able to hold up to your window and get to see and feel if this is the correct choice for you!
If you decide this is the correct design, you just need to place your order online, and return the Mini Curtain / Hanger back to us (recorded post) , and we will refund your deposit against your order!
If you decide that this is not the fabric you need, then just post back to us (recorded), and we will just simply refund your money back to you.
Hanger Deposit Options
We allow up to 3 Mini Curtain / Hanger Options per £20.00 deposit
and deliver to you for free.
Terms
We would request that the Mini Curtain / Hanger Options are returned
within 7-10 days, and we will only refund deposits back to you once we
have received all the Mini Curtain / Hanger Options you ordered (however
if you do decide you need a longer period, just let us know).
We can not however refund any postage that will occur posting the Mini
Curtain / Hanger Options back to Drapes!
Due to any non return of any Mini Curtain / Hanger Options within 28 days
(unless agreed), we will take the action of contacting you as to why the
Mini Curtain / Hangers have not arrived back to us. If no contact is received
back after a further 7 days, then we will not refund the deposit and class
this as an unreturned item. This ensures that we can re-order and replace
those Mini Curtain / Hangers that we have not received back within the
stated time period.
Post
All Mini Curtain / Hanger Curtains posted back to Drapes need to be sent
via recorded post, or any other postal system which can prove that you
have returned the items back to us. In an event of a loss you would need
to provide details of the recorded post for the return of your deposit.
We provide a self addressed postal bag, so you can just simply drop the Mini Curtain / Hangers into the bags provided, and return back by the conditions provided above.
