Delivery and postage
We only ship to UK-based addresses.
Please allow up to 7-14 working days for your order, although in most cases our turn around is approx 4 - 8 working days.
If there are any delays we will contact you.
Some items may be sent to you directly from Drapes of Scarborough using other delivery services other then Fastway Couriers, such as Royal Mail.
Our aim is a 7 day turn around, but due to the nature of made to measure items, this could cause a slight delay in you receiving your order
Some items may be sent to your directly from our suppliers using other delivery services.
Orders placed on a friday or over the weekend will not be processed until the following monday.
Your credit / debit card is charged prior to dispatch.
Your Rights to Cancellation under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
This website page confirmation satisfies the requirement under these regulations for us (the supplier) to supply you (the consumer) with written, durable information about your rights of cancellation of this order.

The goods should be returned to us at our registered address at your expense within 30 days and must be undamaged, unused and in the same condition as when received by you. Until such time as they are received into our premises, you are responsible for any loss or damage to those goods.
Unfortunately we cannot refund products without the original packaging or products that have been trimmed or adjusted in any way.
We are happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the items are returned complete, unused, in perfect condition, (in the case of pencil pleat curtains, the heading tape strings must not have been pulled tight and/or tied), and with the original packaging. drapesofscarborough.com, accept no liability for any costs incurred for the return of these goods, unless in the opinion of drapesofscarborough.com the goods are deemed faulty. If your goods are faulty, we will gladly provide you with a replacement.
Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 30 days. Our original carriage charges incurred when sending out the parcel are not refundable. drapesofscarborough.com, accept no liability for any costs incurred for the return of these goods, unless in the opinion of drapesofscarborough.com the goods are deemed faulty.
Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

We are confident that all our products will reach you in a highly satisfactory

We will promptly deal with your queries and if necessary arrange for
a replacement to be sent without delay.
Ready made curtain information
Please be aware that due to the way ready made curtains are manufactured,
we cannot guarantee the pattern repeat is correct. We do not accept liability
for this issue.
All sizes are approximate.
Net Curtains
We recommend that voile net curtains should have hems sewn either side
to stop the fraying of the material.

Yes, items can be delivered to a different address other than the billing
address. You will be prompted to enter your address details on the checkout

How do I know that my order has been placed?
Your order will be confirmed by an e-mail after your order has been successfully
